These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with Zeno Digital Studio website (the "Service") operated by Zeno Yew.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

1. Commissions and Art Creation

When you commission Zeno Digital Studio to create 3D pet art, you agree to the following:

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all photos and reference materials you submit to us.
• You understand that our 3D art is an artistic interpretation (Pixar-style) of your pet, not a photorealistic replica. We strive for emotional accuracy and essence.
• All commissions are subject to our 7-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee, which includes one (1) free revision if you feel the likeness does not capture your pet's spirit. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Zeno Digital Studio retains all intellectual property rights to the 3D models, source files, and rendered animations created during the commission process.

• Upon final delivery and full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the final delivered MP4 or image files for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not resell, distribute, or use the final artwork for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
• We will not use your commissioned artwork in our public portfolio or marketing materials without your prior written permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (PayPal/Stripe). Due to the highly customized and time-intensive nature of digital art creation, the following refund policy applies:

• Once payment is received and work has commenced, the commission fee becomes non-refundable.
• If we are unable to fulfill your request due to technical limitations or scheduling conflicts, we will issue a full refund immediately.
• We stand by our work. If you are unsatisfied with the final result, we will honor our revision policy to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Physical Products (The Eternal Cinema & Merchandise)

For orders involving physical products (e.g., Acrylic Frames, Canvas Prints):

• Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs or postal services.
• If a physical item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
